The Service makes it a principle to protect the data of the User using the Ostendi Service.

All data collected and processed by the Ostendi Service is protected using reasonable organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access or illegal use.

Information for which the User has expressly consented to its processing, the Service may pass on to subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliated companies or other trusted companies or persons for processing on our behalf.

The OstendiHR application obtains Google user data after users agree to access: name, email address, preferred language, profile picture and Google calendar. The acquired data is used to create appointments directly in the provided calendar.

The User who uses the Ostendi Service confirms that he/she has read and understands this Privacy Policy and Cookies, the Ostendi Service Terms and Conditions and the Ostendi Service SMS Payment Terms and Conditions and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the Ostendi Service Terms and Conditions, the Ostendi Service SMS Payment Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and Cookies.

Information on forms

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
